arvato Financial Solutions operates NICE Perform 3.5 as our call recording solution. This provides an industry leading, robust total call recording environment ensuring that all inbound and outbound calls (whether manual or dialler) are recorded 100% of the time. The system integrates directly with our ACD and Proactive Contact so that full details of each call are captured along with the audio recording.

Calls can be searched and retrieved by approved managers using a web based interface to the system, which allows searches based on any of the large number of criteria recorded with the call: Agent name, date and time, number calls, called number, direction etc.
