Our thanks for your trust
We are well aware that young people represent our future. Your ideas and your commitment will shape the face of tomorrow’s Arvato Financial Solutions. We’re inspired by the idea, and we look forward to going forward together. To prove it, we offer various attractive extra benefits.
Our trainees and dual education students experience working in a wide range of departments, giving them a comprehensive overview of many different areas of our operations. Our priority in this is to ensure they always have expert support in every department, to look after them and answer their questions.
To provide our trainees with the best possible preparation for their German Chamber of Commerce and Industry (IHK) finals, we support our trainees by supplying them with IHK teaching and course materials. In addition, our trainees can take up an extensive range of continuing training options on a wide variety of topics.
Practical and environmentally friendly: we support use of public transport by our trainees and students, reimbursing public transport costs for students that meet certain conditions.
Business Goes Back to School
In 2008 the German Chamber of Commerce and Industry (IHK) founded the “Wirtschaft macht Schule” (Business Goes Back to School) project, designed as a clearing-house for partnerships between schools and businesses to help school-leavers take their first steps into the world of work. These partnerships may take the form of regular offers of school student work experience, reciprocal visits by schools and companies, job application and interview training, or other activities. To bring the world of work to life for the school students taking part in the project and help them choose the right career, Arvato Financial Solutions works with various secondary schools at our Baden-Baden location. After all, we benefit from the project too – by getting to know you at an early stage and being able to encourage your strengths and talents.
