In the Nordics, drivers park almost 1.2 billion times a year in paid parking zones.

Availability, price, and safety are very important for Nordic motorists when parking. As many as 82% of those who participated in our consumer survey experience some stress while parking.

So how can parking operators offer their customers a more stress-free parking experience? How do they want to park? And how will they pay?

Arvato Financial Solutions has conducted a comprehensive consumer survey with 3,200 respondents from the Nordic countries. The purpose of the survey was to map how motorists want to park and how they would prefer to pay.
